I am the current practice manager at TMMP. My predecessors both worked at the practice for over 10 years each in their role as PM. I have worked at another local medical practice and persisted to get a position at TMMP because it had a great reputation as a medical practice and employer in the community.
I have been worked at TMMP for 13 years starting in reception, moving up into the 2IC position and now practice manager.
TMMP is supportive and professional, my door is always opened. I believe communication is important; I like to keep doctors and staff up to date on all workplace and industry changes. I am here to help keep on top of any issues and try solving them ASAP with a minimum of fuss and have TMMP and your practice run as smoothly as possible.
We have a great team who work well together professionally, but we also understand the importance of a good balance between the day to day running of a busy medical practice and downtime. We occasionally socialise at local events outside of work, like local plays, and have fun events within our workplace, we recently had a 2026 World Cup sweep. One of our perks is daily morning tea.
